The Aurum Hotel opened with a simple idea: that a great hotel should feel like somewhere, not anywhere. Independently owned and operated, we have never chased scale over quality.

Every decision we make, from the mattresses to the menu, comes back to the same question: does this make the stay better? If the answer is no, we do not do it.

Jonathan has been with The Aurum Hotel since its opening. Before joining he spent years in hospitality management across Europe and Asia. He believes a great hotel is one where the guest never has to ask twice.
