What we do, and what we decline
Every procedure below is described by what it involves and by the cases where a surgeon would say no. A clinic that only lists what it sells is not telling you enough to decide.
Recovery and downtime come from the surgeon who would carry out the work, in his own words, and they arrive with the written plan.
The procedure list
Rhinoplasty
Planned from photographs and an examination, with the limits of the structure explained first.
Eyelid surgery
Upper, lower or both, usually the shortest recovery on this list.
Facelift
Staged over more than one appointment when the skin asks for it.
Liposuction
A contouring procedure rather than a weight procedure, and we will say which you are asking for.
Breast augmentation
Implant type and placement discussed with the options we would decline.
Scar revision
Reconstructive work, planned around how the scar has settled rather than its age.
Rhinoplasty, as an example of how a procedure is written up
The consultation starts with what the structure allows. Photographs from three angles, an examination of the airway, and a conversation about what the shape can and cannot become.
If the answer is that surgery would not give you what you are asking for, that is the reply you get, and it arrives before any figure does.

Questions about the surgery
Can I have a procedure on the same trip as the consultation?
Sometimes, and only after the examination. The surgeon decides that in person, never from an email.
What happens if the surgeon declines the procedure I asked for?
You get his reasoning in writing, and any alternative he thinks answers the question better. There is no charge for a declined plan.
Who carries out the surgery?
The surgeon you consulted. If that changes, you are told before anything is booked, and you may stop there.
How long should I stay in Bangkok afterwards?
It depends on the procedure, and it is written into the plan before you book travel rather than after.
