How long does it take to get my clothes back?
Standard wash and fold comes back in two days; dry cleaning in three. A rush option is available on request when the day allows.
Are my clothes safe during the cleaning process?
Every garment is sorted by fabric and colour, tagged, and washed with the programme its label asks for. Delicates go in mesh bags.
Do I need to separate my clothes before sending them for cleaning?
No. Sorting is part of the service. If a piece needs special handling, a note on the bag is enough.
What if I have specific stains on my clothes?
Tell us what the stain is and how old it is. We pre-treat before washing and tell you honestly when a stain is set.
Can I request eco-friendly or hypoallergenic cleaning options?
Yes. Fragrance-free and gentle detergents are available on every service at no extra charge.
What should I do if I have special instructions for my clothes?
Write them in the order note or on the bag tag. The sorter reads every note before the load goes in.
How can I pay for the services?
Card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. A monthly invoice is available for regular pickups.
