Most leaks in Bangkok are not one hole. Water enters at a cracked tile or a blocked gutter, runs along the batten and shows up two rooms away. We trace it, fix the entry point, then repair what the water damaged on the way.

How does a quote from photos work?
Send photos of the roof, of the ceiling stain and of the gutter line. A written scope and a quote come back. If the photos do not show enough, we tell you exactly what else to shoot.
Do you visit the property before starting?
Yes. The quote comes from the photos, and the crew climbs the roof to confirm the scope before any work begins. Anything that changes on the roof goes back to you in writing before it is done.
What materials do you use?
Each quote names the material for that job: the tile, the membrane or the sheet, and the brand it comes from. The full list the owner works with is added here before this page goes live.
Is there a warranty on the work?
The warranty terms come in writing with the handover photographs. No period is stated on this page until the owner has supplied the written terms.
Can you work during the rainy season?
Leak tracing and tile work carry on through the rains. Waterproofing and paint wait for dry days, because a membrane laid on a wet slab lifts later and the repair has to be done twice.
