About
BlueLine Freight
BlueLine Freight was founded on a straightforward belief: that global logistics should be precise, transparent, and genuinely accountable. We've built a network, a team, and a set of operational standards that reflect that belief, across every shipment, every lane, and every client relationship.

Our story
What we
stand for
BlueLine Freight was established in response to a gap that experienced logistics professionals kept encountering: the absence of a provider that could operate at genuine global scale while maintaining the precision and accountability that complex supply chains demand.
The founding team brought together decades of combined experience across freight forwarding, air cargo operations, last-mile delivery, and supply chain technology. What began as a focused freight operation across European corridors has grown into a global network spanning six continents, 60+ countries, and over 320 carrier partnerships.
That growth has been deliberate. BlueLine Freight has expanded into new regions only when the infrastructure, carrier relationships, and compliance expertise were in place to serve clients there to the same standard as established lanes. Scale without standards is not something we pursue.
To make global logistics reliable, transparent, and accountable, for every client, on every lane, at every scale.

Principles
How we
operate
Precision over speed
We optimise for getting it right, not just getting it moving. That means route planning built around your SLA, contingency paths prepared before they're needed, and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate that reflects consistent execution, not favourable conditions.
Accountability without exception
When something goes wrong, and in global logistics, occasionally something does, we don't deflect. We notify proactively, resolve actively, and report transparently. The trust comes from behaving the same way whether the news is good or bad.
Transparency as standard
No opaque pricing. No hidden handoffs. No black-box tracking. Every account has full visibility into its shipments, their costs, and their carrier performance at all times. We believe that access to information is part of the service.
Compliance as infrastructure
Regulatory compliance isn't a checkbox, it's a foundational operational requirement. BlueLine Freight maintains certifications across GDP, IATA, ISO, ADR, and AEO frameworks, and our compliance team stays current as regulations evolve across the markets we serve.
Growth with integrity
We measure success not by the number of new lanes we open, but by the performance we maintain across the ones we operate. Every new market, carrier, and service offering is evaluated against the same operational standards we hold across the core network.
Leadership

BlueLine Freight's leadership team has a combined track record across some of the world's most demanding logistics environments, including multinational freight forwarding, international air cargo operations, regulated pharmaceutical supply chains, and large-scale last-mile networks.

Frequently asked questions
Services
answered
How quickly can BlueLine Freight arrange a shipment?
A quote comes back within four business hours; a booked road or air shipment can move the same day, sea and rail on the next scheduled departure.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. Brokerage, import and export documentation and duties are coordinated by the operations desk on every cross-border lane.
What shipment sizes do you work with?
From a single pallet to full container loads and chartered aircraft; the mode is matched to the volume.
Can I track shipments in real time?
Every shipment is visible on the dashboard with live location, milestones and documents, and a tracking link you can share.
Contracts or pay-per-shipment?
Both. Regular lanes run on a contract with a dedicated account manager; one-off moves are quoted per shipment.
What happens if a shipment is delayed?
The system flags it before you ask, the ops team reroutes or rebooks, and you get the resolution with the notice.
