Admissions, step by step
Four steps, in the order they happen, with what the school needs from you at each one and what it sends back.
How a place is offered
The school fills in the document checklist, the term dates and the fee schedule before this page is published. Each is a slot until then.
Enquire
Tell the office the year group you are looking for and when you want to start. You get the syllabus, the term dates and the fee schedule by email the same week.
Send the documents
Reports from the current school, identity documents and the forms on the checklist. The office reads them and says what is missing before you send anything again.
Meet the school
A visit on a school day, or a call if you are still abroad. Your child spends part of the day with the year group they would join, and the teachers write up what they saw.
Offer and enrolment
A written offer naming the year group, the start date and the fees for that year. Enrolment is signed before the term begins.
Questions families ask first
When can my child start?
The school publishes its term dates and the points in the year when a class can take a new student. If the year group you want is full, the office says so and tells you when it reviews the list again.
What documents do you need?
Reports from the current school, identity documents and the forms on the checklist the school publishes. The office reads what you send and tells you what is still missing.
Do you help with visas?
The school tells you which documents it can issue for a student application and which it cannot. It makes no promise about the outcome of any application, and it says plainly when something sits outside what a school can do.
Which curriculum is this?
The school names the curriculum it teaches and its registration in writing, and keeps the certificate behind them. Ask the office for a copy before you decide.
Will my child get a university place abroad?
No school can promise that. Baan Fah publishes what senior students study, which examinations they sit and how applications are supported, and leaves the result where it belongs.
How much are the fees?
The whole fee schedule is published in one place, with what each line covers and when it is due. The office will not quote a figure that is not on it.
