For most people, yes. The first assessment is where we check for the conditions that need a different approach, and we refer you on when they are present.
The first visit takes about an hour with the assessment. Follow-up sessions run thirty to forty-five minutes.
A conversation about the pain and its history, a physical assessment, and a plan. Treatment starts the same day when the assessment allows it.
An adjustment is quick and rarely painful. Some people feel mild soreness for a day, the way a muscle feels after exercise.
Treatment & Therapies
It depends on the condition and how long it has been there. The plan states the number, and we revise it as you progress.
Often, yes. Movement, strength and manual therapy together change how a chronic condition feels day to day.
Loose clothes you can move in. For a back or hip session, shorts help; a gown is there if you would rather.
A walk the same day is good. Hard training waits until the next day, and the therapist tells you what to avoid for the week.
Yes: sprains, strains, overuse and the return to play after them. The plan is written with the sport and the season in mind.
Billing & Insurance
We issue the receipts and reports most insurers ask for. Whether a policy covers chiropractic care is a question for the insurer, and we help you ask it.
Card, bank transfer or cash at the desk after the session. Packages are paid at the first session of the course.
Yes, up to a day before. A session cancelled the same day is charged, unless you are unwell.
The first conversation is. The first assessment and treatment are charged as a session.
A package stays valid for a year from the first session.
