Pruning and tree work
Palms, hedges and small trees cut back and shaped on a set round. Cuttings are cleared off site unless you want them kept for mulch.

Lawn and ground cover
Cut, edged and cleared, at a height set by the season rather than by the calendar. Bare patches are photographed and quoted before anything is replanted.

Irrigation and drainage
Lines, timers and sprinkler heads checked on every visit, and drains cleared before the rains. Leaks are reported with a photograph the same day.

Planting and replanting
Beds and pots planted to a drawn plan you approve first, with the species list written out. Plants are bought on your account, not marked up.

A garden in Thailand is not kept the same way in March as in August, so the schedule is written against the seasons. Cool season, shaping and the harder pruning. Hot season, watering and shade. Rainy season, drains kept clear.

The work is written out task by task before any figure appears, so you can cut a line you do not want.

No figure appears anywhere on this page until the owner writes it. There is no guarantee here that a plant will live or flower, and no claim about what a treatment will do.
Where the crew goes.
The list is the owner's to write, district by district, with whatever travel condition is real. A district that is not on it is not quoted, and the page says so instead of implying the whole country.
- The owner supplies the service areas or districts actually covered, plus any travel charge, minimum job or day of the week restriction per area.
- The owner supplies what happens when a property sits outside the covered area, and whether it is quoted at all.
The map is drawn at launch from the real coverage list, not before it exists.

Can you really quote without visiting?
Yes, from photographs and the plot size. The scope says exactly what was read from the photographs, and anything the crew finds on the first visit that was not visible in them is quoted before it is touched.
Who lets the crew in when the house is empty?
The owner supplies this answer. It is a fact about how the business runs, and it is not the template's to write.
What happens to the schedule in the rainy season?
The owner supplies this answer, with the scheduling windows the crew can actually meet.
Do you take the cuttings away?
The owner supplies this answer, with what is and is not included in each service.
Can you keep a garden someone else planted?
The owner supplies this answer.
What about pests and sick plants?
The owner supplies this answer, along with any licence, certification or insurance the business holds. Until that is written, this page claims none.
